Funding Background
The Recycling Fund was established by the HKSAR Government, with the objectives of enhancing the overall capability, capacity, efficiency and skills of the recycling industry, as well as to help develop a market for recycled products by providing more market information, thereby reducing the amount of waste disposed of at landfills.
